The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and location. The concierge staff warmly welcomed us and the Fairmont staff, especially Shainuden in the lounge, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, such as serving us even when snacks had run out. The hotel's proximity to the praying area was also a major advantage for us.
Nothing to dislike - everything was perfect.
Natalia from santiagochile-hotels.net
We had a fantastic stay in Mecca. The best aspects of our hotel experience were the cleanliness of the rooms, the availability of ample seating for breakfast, and the courteous and supportive staff. The location was also a major highlight, with easy access to the mosque within just a few minutes. We were able to request a late check-out without any hassle, and the view of the Kaaba from our room was truly breathtaking. Special mention goes to Riaz, a Sri Lankan waiter, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
As for the worst aspects, it's hard to think of anything negative about our stay.

The suite we stayed in was beyond comfortable and had a breathtaking view. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable.
Nothing to fault.
